Julie has been losing her vision since adolescence and has been legally blind for many years. Olly Smolak had a long, varied, and notable career with IBM Canada. He spent over twenty years in Sales and Marketing as an Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and Location Manager.

Olly was promoted to Manager, Management and Leadership Development for IBM Canada. Working closely with the senior executive team; he led the development of a new way of training to be used at IBM. Using experiential learning activities, the Leadership programs that Olly’s team developed helped IBM Canada to deal effectively with the challenges of a major organizational transformation. These training activities became the standard for IBM operations throughout the world.

In 1992, Olly Smolak founded his own company - PeopleKEY Inc. His company specializes in training and educational activities that are fun, exciting and yet make a difference.

ELAINE CHARAL - "THE POWER OF THE PEN"

Elaine is a Certified Handwriting Analyst who was trained in Chicago and California. She does individual handwriting analyses at corporate and private events, and is a Professional Speaker. Her "Power of the Pen" talk is all about how to enhance communication and self-understanding through knowing what the strokes of handwriting mean.

She also distributes Callirobics, a handwriting exercise program combining graphics and music to help children with their handwriting.

Elaine also helps companies know their candidates more thoroughly by doing reports for companies based on candidates' handwriting.
